Paddling For Wellbeing August 2026

We had some fun on the water in August as part of Design Rationale Ltd.’s latest wellbeing event!

We hired boats, kayaks and paddleboards from Lee Valley Boat Centre and headed out onto the canal near Broxbourne for a few relaxing hours away from the usual day-to-day.

It was a great opportunity to get outside, enjoy some fresh air and spend time together in a more

relaxed setting. Whether paddling along the canal, taking in the scenery or simply enjoying the time with colleagues, there was something for everyone.

The event was a fantastic reminder of the importance of taking a break, getting outdoors and making time to look after our wellbeing  while having a bit of fun along the way!
