Every year, the Design Rationale Limited team looks forward to one very special tradition: the annual barbecue hosted by Lesley and Robin Heap at their home.

This year, site and office staff came together with their families for an afternoon filled with great food, games, laughter and plenty of friendly competition. With activities for kids and young adults, everyone had the chance to relax and enjoy time together away from the workplace.

For Design Rationale, this is more than a wellbeing event. It strengthens collaboration, builds relationships and creates the personal connections that make working together so effective.

From delivering bespoke architectural metalwork and glazing to sharing good times as a team, these relationships are at the heart of who we are.
